Logistics Business Planning Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ - Apply Now

Shift: Monday – Friday

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operational performance metrics and conduct regular performance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, including executive-level presentation materials.
  • Prepare weekly operational reports and management updates.
  • Monitor and consolidate daily and weekly operational performance across factory business and ESS logistics operations.
  • Support customer coordination activities, including meeting preparation, KPI tracking, and follow-up on issues.
  • Track operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with operational planning related to volume fluctuations, new business activities, and process changes.
  • Create detailed financial and operational reports, including revenue forecasts, expense tracking, and profitability analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1~3 Years of experience in logistics operations, operations planning, business planning, or control tower roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience coordinating across operations teams, customers, and headquarters preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business operations
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Korean is required.

 

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per Salary, depending on experience and qualification. 

 

 

Billing & Settlement Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ - Apply Now

Shift: Monday – Friday

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end settlement processing, including AR/AP verification and reconciliation
  • Review and validate rate tables, contracts, and billing terms to ensure accurate application in settlement
  • Inspect carrier and vendor invoices for accuracy, including accessorial, storage, handling, and warehouse-related charges 
  • Month-end closing, including accrual calculation, variance analysis, and settlement finalization
  • Coordinate carrier and customer registration, maintaining accurate master data and compliance documentation
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Maintain organized settlement records and supporting documentation for audit and reporting purposes 
  • Assist in improving settlement workflows, controls, and accuracy through continuous process review

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • Solid understanding of AR/AP processes, invoice reconciliation, and expense posting
  • Experience with month-end closing and accrual accounting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues independently
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems; ability to work with rate tables and large data sets
  • Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Korean language skills preferred (basic to conversational)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
  • Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of battery-related materials and final goods.
